The strategic takeaways.

What I learned

OTP verification on instant forms is a small addition with outsized impact on lead quality. A 20% conversion rate from total leads (10 of 50) is significantly above typical unverified instant form benchmarks.

What surprised me

The pipeline leads (5) represent nearly the same revenue potential as the closed deals (10). For a one-month campaign, having 50% of closed revenue still sitting in active pipeline suggests the true campaign ROAS will continue climbing well past the 25x mark.

What I'd do differently

Extend the campaign duration beyond one month. A B2B SaaS sales cycle often needs more than 30 days to fully mature, cutting the test short likely understated the true pipeline conversion rate.
